About Us

Before JAC, there was a carpenter.

John Cabay worked as a union carpenter from 1992 through 2009. He then founded JAC Building & Remodeling, bringing that experience to residential remodeling.

Today, JAC is a family-owned business focused on beautiful, functional interiors for homeowners in Schaumburg and nearby communities.
